(SPEECH) When I look at the work we do at DEI Directive, I am so incredibly proud. After looking at typical approaches to diversity, equity, and inclusion at organizations, we are recognizing that one of the missing components is the accountability part. And the accountability part has been missing because there is a lack of utilization of data. And, of course, that gives chief diversity officers and chief human resource officers the insights that they need to be able to make strategic decisions. One of the ways that the local businesses have helped us is if you encounter someone that's further along, they can give you advice as far as what's worked and what has not worked. And that really gets you to a better solution and outcome a lot faster. I'm really happy that I have been able to restructure my day where instead of volunteering maybe a couple of hours a month that I can actually now do this type of work full time. (DESCRIPTION) She meets with a client. (SPEECH) Finding ways to have bigger, deeper impact within organizations, that is really something that I am incredibly proud of.
